FAQ

Why choose a credentialed ADHD coach?

Credentialed ADHD coaches have additional advanced training and expertise in the neurobiology of ADHD and partner with their clients in a collaborative goal – oriented process to address their specific needs. Research shows that working with a skilled ADHD coach leads to improved functioning across the life span and greater satisfaction in the day to day lives of those impacted with ADHD.

How do appointments work?

Prospective clients may call or email Beth to set up a complimentary phone session to discuss how coaching may benefit themselves or a loved one. This a great opportunity to get all of your initial questions answered and get a feeling as to what it would be like to partner with Beth.

If we decide to move forward with coaching, we will set a date for our Discovery session which generally lasts 90 minutes or so. During this session we will take a deeper dive into the challenges that brought you to coaching and craft our agreement as to what you would like to accomplish through coaching. After that we meet weekly for 45-60 minutes and get to work. Due to Covid all appointments are virtual for the time being.

What is your cancellation policy?

As stated in the contract, cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. I always try to reschedule appointments if possible. No shows will be billed for missed appointments.

Do you take insurance?

Unfortunately, coaching is not covered by health insurance at this time.
